Questions.
Everything worth knowing before your first appointment.
Getting started
-
With a consultation. You don't need to know what you want or how any of it works. That's what the first half hour is for.
-
At your home or your office, anywhere across Northern New Jersey. If you'd rather not host, a private space can be arranged somewhere convenient to you.
-
Three or four appointments in total. The first runs an hour to an hour and a half; each fitting after that is about thirty minutes.
-
Every garment starts from a house style, and each choice in it has a reason. Some of it can change, and if we both agree a change serves you best, it gets made.
House Style
Cost
-
Two-piece suits start at $2,000 and dress shirts at $275. Every price is published.
Pricing -
The cloth. Every garment is built the same way at all three; what rises with the tier is the fineness and complexity of the cloth itself. Nothing is synthetic at any tier.
-
Payment is made when you place your order.
Timing
-
Eight to ten weeks for a first commission. Five to six after that, because your fit is already established.
-
A test garment, made in inexpensive cloth and fitted on you before your own cloth is cut. It shows, on your body, anything the measurements missed, so it's corrected while the mistakes are easy to fix.
Process -
For returning clients, four to five weeks is possible where the garment and calendar allow, at 15% of the order. A first commission isn't rushed, because the toile is what gets the fit right and it isn't skipped.
Fit and after
-
It's altered until it's right. If it can't be made right, you're refunded in full. That's the Berez Guarantee.
-
Included for as long as you own the garment, excluding work needed after a significant change in body weight. Send a photograph and you'll hear back on whether it's a quick fix or something that needs a closer look.
